• We are located at 20412 Bashan Dr., Ashburn, VA 20147, conveniently near the Starbucks drive-thru. We are part of the One Loudoun community.

• Our store is open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Special holiday hours will be posted on our website and social media.

• You do not need a membership to shop with us, we are always open to the public.
• If you are interested in opening a wholesale account with us, we ask that you provide a copy of your EIN number to open an account. Please contact our store sales team directly for more information and to discuss your needs.

• You may return merchandise within 14 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. Product being returned must be in its original packaging and unused. Credit will not be given to product received outside of its original packaging or showing signs of use.
• We will NOT be able to provide returns for Exchangeware, Last Chance, Discontinued items or for items purchased through the Fortessa website.

• We accept all major credit cards [Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover], business checks and cash.

• Most of our dinnerware collections are dishwasher and microwave safe, but specific care instructions can be found on our website. If you have questions about a particular item, feel free to ask our staff.

• Yes, we sell gift cards in various denominations. They can be purchased in-store and make the perfect gift for any occasion.

• We do not ship from store but are happy to assist you with placing an online web order if you need shipping services.

• We do not carry appliances, furniture or food specific items. We specialize in tableware (dinnerware, glassware & flatware) and kitchen smallwares.
